Campus Housing Maintenance Order Form

Please complete the form below to report non-emergency general maintenance and repairs in your residence hall room or apartment. Non-emergency maintenance requests will typically be addressed in 2-3 days during normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Please be aware maintenance and repairs may take longer to address during holidays and move-in/move-out times due to an increased number of requests.

In the event of an EMERGENCY maintenance issue, please contact the Dorm Coordinator in your building or the Student Services Coordinator, Monica Johnston, at 918.465.1876. Maintenance issues that would be considered an emergency include:
  • No heat
  • Power outages that impact an entire apartment, floor, or building
  • Flooding
  • Vandalism that requires the securing of an area
  • Windows that are completely broken out
  • Alarms associated with fires or other disasters
