Justin McCain - Head Coach

Justin McCain is in his first season as Head Coach for Women’s Soccer at Eastern.

A native of Bixby, Oklahoma, McCain played varsity soccer all throughout high school and served as the team’s captain his senior year. Next, McCain attended Oklahoma Baptist University and played club soccer for West Side Alliance. His team was runner-up in a state competition in 2002.

McCain has since lead a successful career as a teacher and coach; drawing several accolades along the way. His litany of roles and honors includes being named Shawnee Early Childhood Center’s Teacher of the Year; serving as Director of Coaching and Player Development for the Shawnee Soccer Association; leading the men’s soccer team of St. Gregory’s University to conference play; and staff coaching for the South Lakes Soccer Club.

McCain also served as Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Shawnee High School for several years. During that time, the team made two playoff appearances and broke the record for most wins in a season. McCain left Shawnee having coached 12 Oklahoma All-State players and holding the record for most wins in school history.

McCain comes to Eastern from Paris Junior College where he was serving as Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach and currently resides in Wilburton.
