Local students place in 74th annual Southeast District Livestock Show

WILBURTON, OK (Jan. 30, 2018) – Hundreds of students from across the state recently competed in the 74th annual Southeast District Livestock Show at Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton. The show is jointly presented by the Wilburton Lions Club and the Eastern Agriculture Division, and was sponsored by Roy’s Cardinal Food Store, First National Bank, Kiamichi Electric, APEX Feeds and Community State Bank.

There were a total of 681 entries, including 403 swine, 93 sheep, 114 goats (74 does, 40 wethers) and 71 cattle (50 heifers, 21 steers). The winners include:
